  Seq Step Turn Stance Poom Movements

  Junmbi - - Naranhi-Seogi Kibon-Jumbi-Seogi Move left foot one step to the left and face forward.
  1 Left 90° Wen-Apseogi Arae-Makki Move into a Wen-Apseogi (left walking stance) and left Arae-Makki (down block).
  2 Forward - Oreun-Apkubi Momtong-Bandae-Jireugi Move step into a Oreun-Apkubi (right front stance), right Momtong-Bandae-Jireugi (middle reverse punch).
  3 Right 180° Oreun-Apseogi Arae-Makki Turn the body to the right and move into a Oreun-Apseogi (right walking stance) and right Arae-Makki (down block).
  4 Forward - Wen-Apkubi Momtong-Bandae-Jireugi Move into a Wen-Apkubi (left front stance), left Momtong-Bandae-Jireugi (middle reverse punch).
  5 Left 90° Wen-Apseogi Momtong-Anmakki Move into a Wen-Apseogi (left walking stance) and right Momtong-Anmakki (middle block).
  6 Forward - Oreun-Apseogi Momtong-Anmakki Move into a Oreun-Apseogi (right walking stance) and left Momtong-Anmakki (middle block).
  7 Left 90° Wen-Apseogi Arae-Makki Move into a Wen-Apseogi (left walking stance) and left Arae-Makki (down block).
  8 Forward - Oreun-Apkubi Eolgool-Bandae-Jireugi Do a right Apchagi (front snap kick) and step down in a Oreun-Apkubi (left front stance), left Eolgool-Bandae-Jireugi (high straight punch)
  9 Right 180° Oreun-Apseogi Arae-Makki Move into a Oreun-Apseogi (right walking stance) and right Arae-Makki (down block).
  10 Forward - Wen-Apkubi Eolgool-Bandae-Jireugi Do a left Apchagi (front snap kick) and step down in a Wen-Apkubi (right front stance), right Eolgool-Bandae-Jireugi (high straight punch)
  11 Left 90° Wen-Apseogi Eolgool-Makki Move into a Wen-Apseogi (left walking stance) and left Eolgool-Makki (high block).
  12 Forward - Oreun-Apseogi Eolgool-Makki Move into a Oreun-Apseogi (right walking stance) and right Eolgool-Makki (high block).

  Keuman Left 180° Naranhi-Seogi Kibon-Jumbi-Seogi Using the ball of the right foot as pivot turn the body to the left and face forward.
