  Seq Step Turn Stance Poom Movements

  Junmbi - - Naranhi-Seogi Kibon-Jumbi-Seogi Move left foot one step to the left and face forward.
  1 Left 90° Wen-Apseogi Arae-Makki Move into a Wen-Apseogi (left walking stance) and left Arae-Makki (down block).
  2 Forward - Oreun-Apkubi Momtong-Bandae-Jireugi Do a right Apchagi and step down into a Oreun-Apkubi (right front stance), Momtong-Dubeon-Jireugi (middle double punch).
  3 Right 180° Oreun-Apseogi Arae-Makki Turn the body to the right and move into a Oreun-Apseogi (right walking stance) and right Arae-Makki (down block).
  4 Forward - Oreun-Apkubi Momtong-Bandae-Jireugi Do a left Apchagi and step down into a Wen-Apkubi (left front stance), Momtong-Dubeon-Jireugi (middle double punch).
  5 Left 90° Wen-Apseogi Jebi-Poom Hansonnal Mok-Chigi Move into a Wen-Apseogi (left walking stance) and right Jebi-Poom Hansonnal Mok-Chigi (swallow poom one hand blade neck strike).
  6 Forward - Oreun-Apseogi Jebi-Poom Hansonnal Mok-Chigi Move into a Oreun-Apseogi (right walking stance) and left Jebi-Poom Hansonnal Mok-Chigi (swallow poom one hand blade neck strike).
  7 Left 90° Oreun-Dwitkubi Hansonnal Momtong Yop-Makki Move into a Oreun-Dwitkubi (right back stance) and left Hansonnal Momtong Yop-Makki (one hand blade middle side block).
  8 Forward - Wen-Apkubi Momtong Baro-Jireugi Move into Wen-Apkubi (left front stance) right Momtong Baro-Jireugi (middle punch).
  9 Right 180° Wen-Dwitkubi Hansonnal Momtong Yop-Makki Move into a Wen-Dwitkubi (left back stance) and right Hansonnal Momtong Yop-Makki (one hand blade middle side block).
