  Seq Step Turn Stance Poom Movements

  Junmbi - - Naranhi-Seogi Kibon-Jumbi-Seogi Move left foot one step to the left and face forward.
  1 Left 90° Oreun-Dwitkubi Sonnal Momtong-Makki Move into a Orewn-Dwitkubi (right back stance) and left Sonnal Momtong-Makki (double knife hand block).
  2 Forward - Oreun-Apkubi Pyomsonkkeut Seotzireugi Move step into a Oreun-Apkubi (right front stance), right Pyomsonkkeut Seotzireugi (spear hand strike).
  3 Right 180° Wen-Dwitkubi Sonnal Momtong-Makki Move into a Wen-Dwitkubi (left back stance) and right Sonnal Momtong-Makki (double knife hand block).
  4 Forward - Wen-Apkubi Pyomsonkkeut Seotzireugi Move step into a Wen-Apkubi (left front stance), left Pyomsonkkeut Seotzireugi (spear hand strike).
